The Sacristy is the work of the architect João de Castilho, and was constructed between 1517 and 1520. It consists of a large chamber, in which a vault roof radiates from one central Renaissance column. Vestiges of the old hand-basins can still be seen in the hall.

It can be visited on Wednesdays by making an appointment with the Monastery administration.
